Lulu Hassan of Citizen TV has praised Ryan Mwenda, a young actor who excelled in the recently completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCPE) exams.
Mwenda played Zimba in the popular drama series Zora, which aired from early March 2022 until early March 2023.
On his social media platforms, the actor revealed that he received consecutive As in Mathematics, English, Social Studies, and Religious Education, as well as a B+ in Kiswahili.
He did not, however, reveal the grades he received.
“God has done it again my people… Straight As one B+ in Kiswahili. Glory and honour to you my God. Wacha Mungu aitwe Mungu. Mungu mbele.
(Let God be God. In everything, God comes first),” he captioned a celebration video with Nigerian star, Ada Ehi’s song Congratulations.
“Congratulations,” Lulu wrote.
“Wooow! Congratulations Simba,” Neema Sulubu, his former co-actor at Zora added.
The young actor took his exams at Riara Springs Academy.
The adolescent is also an aspiring emcee and orator.
He is known for making cameo appearances on Churchill and other entertainment shows in addition to Zora.
