After completing his primary and secondary education, he joined the Vision Institute of Professional Studies in 2002 to study accounting. He graduated in 2006.

What most people do not know is that Njoro is a certified accountant. He got his first job almost immediately after completing his tertiary education at Aga Khan University Hospital. He worked there until he established his acting career.
Acting Career and Passion
Njoro realized his love for acting when he was in secondary school. In numerous interviews, he usually says he was in the drama club, and he enjoyed acting.
While working at Aga Khan, he noticed that his accounting job was not making him happy; thus, he decided to give acting a shot. In 2006, he partnered with friends to create a low-budget film. The film earned him recognition though it was never a success. He decided to take a leap of faith in 2008 by going for auditions. His faith paid off as he won many theatrical acting gigs, marking his most anticipated exit from the accounting career.
He slowly grew as an actor as he started getting roles in numerous TV shows, locally and internationally. Among the films he has acted in are Whistleblower, Changes, Lies that Bind, and Sue na Johnie.
Despite featuring in many great movies, Njoro wa Uba remains his favorite. He claims that his character as “Njoro” makes him drive the show, something which all actors wish for.
