Kilifi-based Police officer identified as Edward Akoko has warmed hearts after buying new slippers for a needy boy in Kilifi.


Taking to his twitter account, the law enforcer shared the news praying the young lad will achieve his dreams.
“Happy to meet George a pupil at Mnyenzeni Primary school in Kaloleni sub county Kilifi county and bought him a small gift. Hope God will make him realized his dreams,” he tweeted.

Unfortunately, this didn’t sit well with a section of KOT who felt the gift was too small to be broadcasted.
But majority of Kenyans appreciated his gesture, arguing that a gift whether small or big, remains a gift.
