Karen Nyamu’s firstborn son has just started school!
The overly excited mom took to her Instagram stories to share details of her son’s first day of school and we were quick to notice that the dad’s kid, Mugithii star Samidoh was missing from the videos.
Considering the first day of school is a huge milestone and an emotional moment for most parents you’d think Samidoh would make an appearance but it seems his current drama with Karen and his first wife, Edday still has them at arm’s length of each other.
In one of the videos that Karen shared his son was seen being warmly welcomed by two adults before the rest of the kids came over to say hey.
“You want to make some friends in class? Come here let me show you some friends in class…” a lady (probably their grade teacher) is heard telling the 2-year-old, he nods yes as she takes his arm and leads him towards the rest of his classmates.
Kids gather around the shy little boy as they excitedly welcome the new kid. Karen’s kid introduces himself as Samuel and the other kids gather around to hug him and make him feel welcome.
She captioned the video of her son walking towards his classmates and trying to make friends, “Day 1 of school. Go and be a great son. We love you so much…” following it with emotional emojis.
In yet another video, the senator could be heard in the background mocking his son as he is surrounded by little girls hugging him.
She captioned the video, “It was at this point that he knew he loves school” accompanied by several laughing emojis.
The excited mom shared a photo of baby Samuel in class next to other kids where they were seen enjoying a colouring session.
