Comedian turned politician, Jalang’o is now willing to forgive his employees, Eli Omundu and Morrison Litiema, who stole the money he had left in the car.
A few days, Jalang’o took to his Instagram account to accuse Eli and Morrison of stealing over a million cash he had in the car they were to wash. Jalang’o offered a 100k ransom to anyone who would help in the arrest of the two.
Jalang’o seems to have had a change of heart.
Speaking to Milele FM yesterday via a phone interview, Jalang’o claimed that he would allow Eli and Morrison to work for him if they surrendered. He claimed that they destroyed their lives when they decided to steal from him.
He revealed that he had introduced Eli and Morrison to social media, and he was in the process of helping them to secure a deal, which will now never happen because of the theft incident.
“Hawa ni watu ambao walikuwa wameanza kujijenga mitandaoni; walikuwa wameanza kupata kandarasi lakini kwa sasa hawawezi fanya chochote,” he said.
Adding, “They made a poor decision which has essentially ruined their lives. Wherever they are, tell them that if they return, they will continue with their old jobs.”
While many people following this story think that Jalang’o is hurt because he lost money, he told Milele FM that Eli and Morrison’s betrayal hurt him the most. He said that he trusted and treated Eli and Morrison as his brothers as he never expected they would steal from him.
“They betrayed our friendship, and it’s sad because I never thought of them as my employees,” he recounted.
He proceeded to claim that he was certain that Eli and Morrison had not left the country. He urged them to surrender themselves to the nearest police station to avoid getting into more trouble.
