Eyewitnesses claimed that the enraged women tricked the victim into the house of one of the suspects in the Kapseret area along the Eldoret-Kapsabet highway.
While inside the house, they stripped her naked and started putting pepper in her private parts. Witnesses heard the victim crying in pain and went into the house where they found her being tortured.
She also sustained other injuries on her body during the attack. The victim was treated for several injuries including scars as she struggled to free herself during the attack.
Police after lengthy investigations arrested the three suspects and arraigned them.
