“He’s the next big thing” – Ezekiel Mutua praises young Citizen TV’s Ayub Abdikadir
Ezekiel Mutua, the head of the Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK), has praised Ayub Abdikadir, a political journalist for Citizen TV.
According to Mutua, the journalist is the nation’s new face of journalism.
While Abdikadir was covering a live election for The Bomas of Kenya, the MCSK chairman posted a picture of him on Twitter.
In part, he wrote as the post’s caption:
“He’s the next big thing in the industry. What a talent!”
Recently, Trade and Industrialisation Chief Administrative Secretary David Osiany also celebrated Mediamax Limited journalist for showing immense professionalism during the media debate with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
Taking to his Twitter account, Osiany said the K24 journalist Ayub Abdikadir had done thorough research before coming for the interview.
“I know TALENT when I see one. I know PROFESSIONALISM when I spot it. I appreciate DEPTH & RESEARCH in journalism. Here is another great one of our nation working towards the TOP. He will get there. Kudos!” Osiany posted.
Ayub Abdikadir is a political journalist who hosts the Morning Review show at K24 TV.
