Kenyan content producer Eve Mungai recently posted a photo of her mother for the first time and was promptly criticized by her followers.
Mungai recently traveled to Murang’a to visit her mother. She then made the decision to share a photo of the two of them on Instagram, revealing the substandard housing her mother occupied.
Some followers expressed concern over the subpar living circumstances her mother was experiencing in the upcountry, particularly in light of the affluent lifestyle she leads in Nairobi.
Eve Mungai’s online fans commented on the photo as soon as she uploaded it.
“You have money but you cannot renovate you Mum’s home? Build your mum a nice house,” one fan voiced.
Since Eve has never shared a picture of her parents online, she has always been successful in keeping her personal life a secret.
As can be seen from the post, a number of fans urged Eve to build a home for her mother rather than maintain her extravagant lifestyle in Nairobi.
Eve Mungai responded to her online fans without hesitation. In response, the young actress told the crowd to keep their opinions to themselves because they didn’t know anything about her financial situation.
