Millicent Ayuwa, popularly known as Dem wa Facebook, is putting smiles on her parents’ faces.
A few months ago, the comedian announced that she was building a decent house for her parents.
He funny lady has now shared an update on the progress, confirming that the three-bedroom building is close to completion.
“Karibu namalizia, niko finishing. God let your will be done,” she expressed with gratitude.
Taking to social media, she shared photos of the beautiful home.
The house, built with bricks, is currently at the finishing stage.
In her post, she emphasised the importance of ensuring that parents live in comfortable conditions.
“Bidiii wazazii wakae poa pia,” she wrote.
The content creator said that her parents have never had their own house, as the one they currently live in was inherited.
She disclosed that she has invested KSh 1.5 million in the project and is estimating that she will spend KSh 1.5 million more.
“My dad was the last born in his family, so the house we lived in was for my grandmother. He inherited the house after my grandmother relocated to another place. I had a budget of KSh 3 million for the project. I have so far spent KSh 1.5 million. I feel so proud of myself because I have always wanted the best for my parents,” she said.

Dem Wa Facebook surprises he father with flight
On May 8, Dem Wa Facebook gave her father a heartwarming surprise by arranging his first-ever flight from Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to Eldoret.
She explained that her father came to Nairobi on Friday, May 3, to visit her, and she decided to treat him by booking him a flight to take him back.
The comedian said her father worked so hard to give her the best he could offer.
