Elsa Majimbo, an up-and-coming Instagram comedian, has been a hot topic ever since she said that she prefers wealthy men who can treat her like a princess.
The young content producer admitted to NTV that she wants to be around strong, masculine males who can quickly turn any place into heaven for her.
The humorous woman added that if a man were to approach her and make a proposal, she would demand KSh 400 million in dowry.
“I expect someone who is broke or someone who does not have money not to approach me. First of all, my dowry is KSh 4 million dollars,” she said.
Elsa Majimbo said she has never been into men who do not have fat bank accounts.
The entertainer was discussing her ideal type of man alongside former Kiss FM presenter Andrew Kibe who thought Elsa’s demands were too exaggerated.
He warned her against putting a price tag on herself as that would expose her to controlling, manipulative and entitled partners.
“If you become my lady and I pay that amount of cash, do you think I will ever allow you to go anywhere?” Kibe questioned.
The issue created a huge fuss on Twitter with many men arguing Elsa was being overly ambitious and greedy like most Nairobi girls.
To most netizens, her demands were out of this world and she needed to stop slapping a tag on herself.
Vocal activist Maverick Aoko joined the bandwagon and claimed women sometimes use their private parts as bargaining chips instead of learning how to make a living.
She urged Elsa to do better and stop expecting men to be her providers.
