Renowned life coach Benjamin Zulu has sparked debate with his latest relationship advice, urging unmarried women to date multiple people until they find a partner who is serious about commitment.
According to Zulu, it is unwise for women to invest all their emotions in a relationship that may not lead to marriage.
Zulu emphasized that women should avoid committing too soon, warning against assuming exclusivity before a man has proven his dedication.
“Until someone gives you a reason to leave the dating market, date them all. Until someone shows you a convincing degree of seriousness, keep your options open,” Zulu advised.
He further explained that taking time before getting physically intimate in a relationship contributes to its stability and longevity.
“Roaming freely in the dating market is not promiscuous—it’s proactive. Remember, sealing your love isn’t about sleeping together; it’s about signing covenants together. The right way to start a marriage is in the boardroom, not the bedroom,” he stated.
Zulu also cautioned women against assuming commitment too early, pointing out that many people get hurt by believing they are exclusive when the other person is still exploring their options.
“Why should you become exclusive with someone who is still keeping their options open? Why behave like you’re taken when the other person is still acting available?” he questioned.
In his closing remarks, Zulu advised women to be both active and skeptical in the dating scene, only believing in a relationship when consistent actions—not just words—prove commitment.
“Stay active but skeptical. Keep searching, but don’t believe anyone until they prove themselves through actions. Don’t close your options before you close a deal,” he concluded.
Zulu’s advice has ignited discussions online, with some supporting his perspective as a form of self-preservation, while others argue that it encourages emotional detachment in dating.
