Alfred Mutua, the outgoing governor of Machakos, has endorsed Wavinya Ndeti as a candidate for governor of Wiper.
In terms of taking over from where he will left off in terms of managing county affairs, Mutua claimed that the former Transport CAS was the finest option among those seeking for the position.
On August 9th, he declared that he will cast his own ballot for Ndeti to serve as his governor.
“I want to announce to the Kamba community that I have worked for you for ten years. I am now leaving you as the Machakos governor. I want to tell you who I will leave you with as your next governor,” Mutua said.
“My vote I will give to Wavinya Ndeti because she is the one who can bring development to Machakos County. I defeated Wavinya Ndeti several times. I will vote for Deputy President William Ruto as my fifth President, Rita Ndunge (woman representative) and Wavinya Ndeti as my governor. ”
On Saturday in Machakos town, the leader of the Maendeleo Chap Chap party addressed a Kenya Kwanza political gathering.
William Ruto, a Kwanza presidential candidate from Kenya, led the event.
