The self-proclaimed president of single moms is a happy woman today. Yesterday, she signed a mega-deal with Unga Limited, a public listed company that produces Unga maize flour and Exe wheat flour, as the brand ambassador.
However, what made her happier was making her mother, who was also in attendance at the signing event, proud.
Previously, Akothee never shied away from telling her fans how she disappointed her mother when she dropped out of school to get married at a young age. She even failed in her marriage and became a single mother, shaming her mother, a teacher by profession, among her peers.
Indeed, wrong choices do not determine people’s success in the future. Akothee has worked so hard, and she is currently one of the richest artists in Kenya. Her fans have witnessed how she has shared a table with influential people in society, and, definitely, her mother cannot help to be proud.
In a post to mark the milestone, Akothee expressed how she was contented to make her mother proud after making her laughing stock among her age mates. She claimed that she was building bridges with her mother by succeeding and making boss moves.
Her emotional post read, “After making my mom a laughing stock among her agemates. Now I am building bridges with her! Behold The KINGQUEEN. The baddest in the game.”
Fans and family are also happy for her major endorsement.
Her daughter Rue Baby commented, “congratulations mama.”
Father of Kenyan comedy industry exclaimed, “Excellent!”
Kabi wa Jesus commented, “congratulations keep winning.”
Finally, the biggest machine, Sandra Dacha, who also doubles up Akothee’s Safaris brand ambassador, wrote her, “Congratulations Jaber nyir.”
Here, at Mkenya Leo, we are also proud of Madam Boss.
A big congratulations to her!
