Wanjiku Mburu, often known as Mama Baha, was 39 years old when she received her huge miracle. After years of attempting to conceive, she now has a baby in her womb, exactly like the majority of women who struggle with infertility.
During an interview, she revealed her fertility issues to the world, saying:
“To tell you the truth, I was not convinced. It was a good surprise, I told God sorry for doubting. I have been looking and I love children, I was dealing with children all along but not my own. I started acting with my young Milly at the age of 6 months. I have also been brought up in a family set up and children is something I wanted to have, but I said, in case I don’t have, it is still okay.”

She ultimately conceived after two years of praying, which she views as a “miracle from God.” She couldn’t believe it at first, she claims, until the baby bump appeared.
“To tell you the truth, I was not convinced. It was a good surprise, I told God sorry for doubting.”
Baby Gender
Anyway, the pregnant actress recently uploaded a fresh photo of herself wearing a blue ribbon, which I assume was used to announce the gender of her baby.
If the baby was girl, she would have used a purple/pink ribbon.
Mama Baha husband
A quick look at David’s online profile indicates that he is a proud father of one and an avid cyclist. His other interests include videography, providing emergency healthcare as a first responder, and mountaineering.
Prayer and fasting
“My answered prayer @davidkinyast February of 2018 I went for a five-day prayer and fasting and one of my prayer items was a husband (we have to be intentional about this), I prayed for a God-fearing man, a man from his own storehouse, the one he kept for me.
“By the end of the prayer and fasting, God spoke to me and said he would give me a partner and so I came back home expectant of the Lord. Fast forward to February 2nd 2021 God answered my prayer on that Ngong hill. It has been one year already my love and all I can say is I bless the Lord for you! Happy anniversary wa-mine,” Mama Baha wrote.
Life after Machachari Show Ended
While celebrating her birthady, the actress jot down 39 lessons she had learned in life so far which included; lead a quiet life, work with your own hands, prayer is the answer for everything, be quick to listen but slow to answer, everything can be solved through dialogue and others.
“Even now I go to places and fans of the show still call me Mama Baha,” she cheerfully reminisces.
Mburu who had been hospitalised on September 4 revealed that she was much better and was already working on other projects including a feature film and a short film. On the winding down of the show, the actor disclosed that it did take a toll on her.
“Acting is not as easy as many people think it is. For 11 years I used to play the character of Mama Baha and when the show ended it took some time for me to adjust back to being me,” she explained.
The thespian explained that when acting, one becomes someone else and that affected her quality of life
“I went through a period of depression, I even had to work with a psychiatrist to help me navigate life after the show,” she stated.
In a bid to rediscover herself, Mburu embarked on rest and travelling while exploring new hobbies as well.
“It is a heavy task before you can actually get into the character, you have to do a lot of research as well as mental adjustment to get into the mind of the character,” she added.
