The God of sensational actress and comedienne Sandra Dacha is smiling at her.
The Big Machine’s boyfriend, Akuku Danger, is recuperating well three months after he was discharged from the hospital, and she cannot keep calm.
She took to her Instagram handle to celebrate Akuku’s full recovery. She posted a reel of her and Akuku getting cozy.
In the caption, she thanked God for her boyfriend’s health. She also updated her fans that Akuku had regained his appetite and he is doing well.
The caption read, “It’s been 3months since he was discharged from the hospital. Look at him! God is truly great!!!
Appetite ya chakula na CHAKULA ndio ako nayo miiiingi somebody needs to stop him?”
Akuku suffers from sickle-cell anemia, a condition that caused his lungs to collapse late last year. He had been admitted to Nairobi Hospital until mid-January when he recovered. However, he had a headache of a high hospital bill that amounted to over Ksh 2 million.
Luckily for him, his girlfriend Sandra stood by him all this time.
She mobilized fans and fellow artists to contribute money to help clear the bill.
Last month, comedians, including the top-notch ones, organized a show, where they performed for free to collect funds for Akuku’s hospital bill. The event was also attended by youth politicians and musicians.
In a previous interview, Akuku revealed that the doctors had predicted that he would not surpass the 18-years mark because of his condition. He disclosed that his mother suffered because she was always in and out of hospital for most of his childhood.
He, however, defied doctors’ prediction as he just celebrated his 33rd birthday recently.
On the other hand, Sandra opened up about her journey with Akuku’s sickness.
She claimed that she was feared for her boyfriend because his lung failure was serious. However, she gained strength from God and the support she was receiving from friends and fans to keep fighting for Akuku’s recovery.
Ironically, Akuku confirmed recently that he was dating Sandra. Fans had not believed they were an item despite spotting them together many times.
We, the Mkenya Leo Team, are also thankful that Akuku has recovered.
