Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Kipchumba Sudi has reacted to Kenyans who are making fun of his TBT photo dated back in 2013.
In a statement posted on his Facebook page, the controversial legislator said that he had more money in 2013 unlike now.
“I have seen Kenyans commenting on my #TBT image taken back in 2013. Some think that money has transformed my looks but that’s not true,” states Sudi.
According to him, the economy of Kenya was doing well when the former President Mwai Kibaki was in power.
“In 2013 I had more money than now since President Mwai Kibaki had grown our economy so well not like at the moment where the economy is on its knees,” Sudi said.
Sudi used the opportunity to remind Kenyans that a person’s look don’t relate to how much money they have, adding that he was tired due to campaigns at the time.
“Sura sio pesa na pia nlikua nmechoka sana juu ya campaigns. You can compare the image on my campaign posters with this one.”
