The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has reopened its online portal, offering a fresh opportunity for students who missed out on initial course placement to revise their choices for the 2025/2026 academic year.
In a notice issued on Saturday, KUCCPS announced that the revision window is now open and will remain active from May 18 to May 27, 2025.
“Applicants who did not secure a course in the application that ended on April 30, 2025, are invited to log in again and choose remaining courses as listed on the portal,” the placement agency stated.
This second revision phase is targeted at students who were not placed during the first application period. Additionally, Form Four leavers who qualified in the KCSE but have not yet applied for placement into university or TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) programmes are encouraged to take advantage of this chance to submit fresh applications.
To apply or revise course choices, students should visit the official KUCCPS website at kuccps.ac.ke and navigate to the Students’ Portal.
The placement service emphasized the importance of making prompt and informed choices during the revision period, as available slots are limited and competitive.
