“Kijana anaforce kiki” – Diamond hits back at Will Paul for using his name to get public sympathy
Renowned Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz has fired back at Kenyan singer Willy Paul, accusing him of using his name to create unnecessary drama and gain public attention.
In a bold statement, Diamond dismissed Willy Paul’s allegations, labeling them as fabricated attempts to stir up controversy and trend on social media.
“Uhalisia ni kwamba kijana alikuwa anaforce kutengeneza kiki, hususan ya kumuhusisha ‘Diamond,’ ili apate trends. We all know he has been trying to do that through social media for a while ila nampotezea,”
Diamond remarked, asserting that he has deliberately ignored Willy Paul’s antics.
Diamond alleged that Willy Paul’s recent claims were a calculated move to garner public sympathy, suggesting that the Kenyan artist has been repeatedly trying to capture his attention.
“He tried to create vitu mbalimbali to get my attention, kulazimisha kuonekana labda anaonewa ama kudhulumiwa to get public sympathy,” Diamond explained, emphasizing that these efforts were baseless.
Diamond further pointed out that Willy Paul’s narrative appeared forced, as his remarks consistently revolved around Diamond without mentioning any other names or evidence.
“Kila sentence anataja Diamond tu, as if I was the event organizer. But the truth is vyote ni uwongo,” he clarified, denying any involvement in the alleged issues Willy Paul raised.
This response follows a series of social media posts by Willy Paul, where he hinted at being mistreated and indirectly tied Diamond to his grievances.
Diamond’s statement appears to set the record straight while underscoring his focus on more constructive engagements.
