This past weekend, Wambo Ashley, the wife of YouTuber Nicholas Kioko, became popular on tiktok, where many people had negative things to say about the way she manages her household.
Specifically, it’s the pay that she provides to her nannies.
Ashley frequently gives readers a peek inside her house and the two women she hires to help take care of her twin boys and run the place.
The argument on tiktok is that her payment of sh12,000 is insufficient given the amount of work required.
Kenyans chastised Ashley on tiktok, saying she puts her staff through excessive workloads.

On her youtube Monday Aug 26, Wambo Ashley responded to the criticism.
She was in her car with her husband Kioko as they both lamented how Kenyans rumormonger without verifying facts.
Wambo has employed two nannys.
“I see I am trending on tiktok, oh sijui nini, sijui nanai, ati I pay my nanny only 12k.” the mother of two commented.
Wambo as well on her youtube video, liked several comments from her subscribers about the matter.
“That is alot of money bana, even anyway guys I know it’s a must you talk.” Ashely continued to blast Kenyans.
Kioko tried to reassure his wife, as she added
“That is very fake information. They dont even know about her, they dont know what happened. But nothing happened. “
