Former Nairobi Governor and philanthropist Mike Sonko has lost his official Facebook page which had accumulated a massive following of over 2.3 million followers.
Announcing the news, Sonko accused the members of LGBTQ for reporting his page for continuing to attack the community.
However, he added that he will not appeal the decision by Facebook to disable his page.
“Hawa masonga wa LGBTQ wako na nguvu. Wamecomplain to FB mpaka my page of 2,500,000 followers ikakuwa disabled till I apologise to them then appeal to FB. I can’t & will not apologise to them. Hapa tweeter muko 2,300,000 followers & still growing like Bush fire. ALLUTA CONTINUA,” he said in a tweet.
Sonko is one of the Kenyans who has bee passionately condemning LGBTQ in the country.
He has since rewarded Kenyans who share information about g*ys in the country.
According to Mike Sonko’s remarks, three people have been rewarded Ksh94,000 after sharing a video of a g*y who was caught red-handed in the act with another man in a guest house.
The former governor did not reveal the location where the incident happened.
In the video, the people revealed that the man was in the act with a form 2 student before he was busted.
“Usonga should be prohibited here in Kenya before it messes up our young generation. So far, I have only rewarded 96k to a group of 3 people who sent me a video of a male songa who was found red handed in a guest house having an affair with another man,” Sonko tweeted.
Sonko appreciates TikToker
Due to her popular video of her in-depth investigation of Jeff Mwathi’s death, Sonko has given TikTok spectacular content creator Kare Maina a job at his private enterprise.
Taking to his social media Sonko commended Maina for CIA-like skills in trying to piece together the last moments of the 23-year-old who died under unclear circumstances while at popular Kikuyu artiste DJ Fatxo’s apartment.
Sonko gave thumbs up to the TikToker’s detailed analysis that rivalled the DCI’s, heaping praises on her investigative skills as he offered her a job at his private investigations firm
“This lady ni mnoma sana kwa investigations nitamchukua kwa my private investigation firm,” Sonko revealed.
And according to the comment section, the politician was not the only one pleased with Kare’s analysis and scrutiny in trying to find answers to this case that has left many baffled.
