Days after finishing school, Mario TJ Kasela, better known as Trio Mio, released his debut single.
Despite balancing school and music, Trio Mio, who took the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams in December 2022, has consistently released quality songs.
Trio’s latest song, “Achia,” features excellent lyrical rhyme that leaves listeners wanting more. Since then, the song’s YouTube video has received around 50,000 views, and its performance is anticipated to improve.
Fans have responded positively to “Achia,” saying the rapper started 2023 out strong.
Given that the young rapper doesn’t have any more homework to worry about, music critics have called on him to release more singles.
The year 2022 was fantastic for the “Serereka” singer since in addition to finishing his elementary education, Trio also turned 18 and entered adulthood.
Due to his popular collaboration with Ssaru and Exray, “Sipangwingwi,” Trio participated in a number of performances during the election campaign season.
After Bahati’s “Adhiambo” with Prince Indah and Jovial’s “Jeraha” with Otile Brown, the collaboration was the third most streamed song on the streaming service BoomPlay.
The debut song by Trio Mio, “Cheza Kama Wewe,” has subsequently received more than 11 million YouTube views.
Trio Mio’s other successful collaborations include “No tension” with Masauti, “Buda” with Scar Mkadinali, and the remix of “Cheza Kama Wewe” with Mejja, Exray, and Nelly The Goon.
