The statewide power outage that was experienced in some areas of the country has been explained by Kenya Power in a statement.
KPLC stated that it was having a technical issue and was attempting to fix it in a statement dated Wednesday, November 2.
After Kenyans voiced their concerns about the unanticipated blackout, KPLC responded.
“The area is experiencing a technical fault, and our teams are aware. Any inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
“Please bear with us as we strive to have the issue resolved as soon as possible,” KPLC responded to different queries raised.
Affected areas include, among others, Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, and Busia.
