Days after making his announcement to enter the transportation industry, artist Willy Pozze has received conflicting responses online from several well-known people in the online community.
The Toto hitmaker was criticized by renowned fashion designer Diman Mkare for taking baby steps when his colleagues were making significant advancements by purchasing choppers.
“Big artists are purchasing choppers you are going for a matatu? Right now, Willy Paul is a big artiste, he should be launching big things, not matatu,” Mkare said.
In his congratulations to Pozze, Simon Kabu, the owner of Bonfire Adventures, disclosed that he had owned the car and promised him he would receive his money’s worth.
“@willy.paul.msafi Welcome to the business world. This vehicle used to be mine and it’s a nice vehicle,” Kabu commented.
On the other hand, gospel musician Emmanuel King, better known by his stage as Master Piece, responded mockingly to Pozze’s action by saying, “Naskia kuna mat mpya ya Ronga.”
A good Sacco will be found where the cars will operate from and be controlled, the singer added during the unveiling of the matatu.
Wilson Abubakar Radido is Pozze’s true name. When speaking to the crowd gathered to watch the unveiling, he revealed he already had three of the same kind of vehicles and would be purchasing more.
