VIDEO: Comedian Njugush excites Kenyans with hilarious video of Ruto crying during his swearing-in
Comedian Njugush had Kenyans in fits of laughter after sharing a hilarious video of himself mimicking President-elect William Ruto’s swearing-in.
The comedian could be seen holding a bible in the video that Njugush posted on social media while wearing a sharp suit.
He was shown in the video trying to take an oath of allegiance as the legitimately elected head of state while holding up a bible.
The comedian was moved to tears while affirming his allegiance.

In reality, it took him numerous attempts before he was able to finish the phrase.
The triumph, he said, was unbelievable to him as he remembered all the challenges he had to overcome to become president, mentioning people like Kipchumba Murkomen in the process.
Additionally, he requested that his wife Rachel be invited to the stage by those closest to him.
This mockery is a prediction of what might transpire after Ruto is sworn in.
Ruto sobbed in his wife Rachel’s arms in 2013 after being chosen as the vice president.
Later on, he claimed he was unable to envision achieving the high office of deputy president.
In a different incident, William Ruto’s video bending over and sobbing as the Supreme Court of Kenya validated his victory went viral
The president-elect and representatives from his Kenya Kwanza alliance were closely watching television as the court announced its decision.
Together with his wife and other Kenya Kwanza leaders, he knelt to pray after the supreme court recognized his triumph.
