Award-winning Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has sparked a never-ending debate by choosing to cross dress and wear a full face beat for his latest show.

Along with socialite Shakilla, Omondi debuted the first episode of the show on Tuesday, and online viewers couldn’t help but notice his expertly applied cosmetics and attire.

More confusion was caused when, hours later, he released other pictures of himself posing with socialite Faith Makau, also known as Amber Ray, while wearing a black jumpsuit.

Some of his supporters used the comment to criticize his behavior, while others praised his flawless makeup.

The funnyman is familiar with the term “cross dressing” (Eric Omondi).

He has been doing it for years and even changed his name to a woman to play the part.

Cross dressing, or donning clothing from the other sex, has become commonplace in the twenty-first century. The conduct would have been stigmatized a few years ago, but it is now considered commonplace.

People cross dress for a variety of reasons, including self-expression, art, culture, amusement, and/or sexual motivations. In order to successfully convey their message, comedians often dress as different people.
