President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally appointed 7 Court of Appeal judges recommended by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
Justices Gachoka Paul Mwaniki, Kimaru Luka Kiprotich, Ochieng’ Frederick Andago, Justice Mativo John Mutinga, Justice Ngenye Grace Wangui, and Lady Justice Aroni Abida Ali are among the seven.
An announcement on the appointment appeared in the gazette on July 19, 2022.
Last Monday, JSC forwarded the seven judges’ names to President Kenyatta for nomination.
