“I’m single”: Samidoh’s Wife Edday sends mixed signals in new challenge

Samidoh’s wife Edday Nderitu’s participation in Harmonize’s Single challenge perplexed internet users.
The mother of three lip-synced Harmonize’s song in a lengthy clip, leaving internet users to speculate as to whether it was merely a challenge or that Edday was single.
She shared the video challenge using hashtags ‘Single again’.
This happens, few weeks after Edday Nderitu penned a note expressing her disappointment with her husband Samidoh over his ties with Karen Nyamu.
She issued an ultimatum to him and hinted that she had ended their marriage after putting up with struggles in their 15 years together.
“It has been exactly 15 years of marriage full of ups and down, it was humble beginning where little was enough for us, for the last 3 years it has been nothing but pain.
“I have remained faithful to you regardless of disrespect, humiliation and being trolled on social media…you’ve made me look dumb and took my silence for granted,” she wrote.
Edday further stated that she will not raise her kids in a polygamous set-up, accusing Karen Nyamu of being a homewrecker.
“I have helped you nurture your talent and supported you through it all, but one thing I have said to you and I am saying here again I will not raise my kids in a polygamy family [sic], especially with a woman who is older than me by more than 10yrs, has no morals and zero respect to my family’kiura Kia ngaba’ as you put it.”
Edday on cheating on Samidoh
A few weeks ago, his wife who had been accused of cheating on the Mugiithi singer said no man would ever forgive a cheating woman.
Edday was responding to a viral interview of her husband’s claiming she was the first to cheat in their marriage.
The said interview was done four years ago and it keeps popping up every time the family is trending for their marital woes.
The video surfaced after Edday took to social media to announce her decision not to raise her children in a polygamous marriage.
The viral video is of Samidoh explaining that he does not have an ex as he married his first love.
He added that the woman he married cheated on him but he chose to forgive.
“Na ule mwenye alikuheart break? (Who broke your heart?)” asked the interviewer.
“Ni huyu tu nko na yeye. Sina ex mimi. I married my first love si wote tulisumbuana lakini tukaona badala ya kuenda kutafuta ingine nikarudi. (It is the person I am with as I do not have an ex)” Samidoh explained.
Edday downplayed the claims and responded wondering who would forgive a cheating woman.
“🤣🤣🤣is there a man who can stay with a woman after cheating…” she commented on the video.
