“Hawa wezi waliiba ushindi wetu!” – Raila unleashes new attacks on Ruto

Raila Odinga, the head of the Azimio la Umoja One Coalition Party, attended the Bunge La Wananchi open meeting in Nairobi’s Jeevanjee Gardens.

The MPs for Embakasi East Babu Owino and Lang’ata Felix Odiwour alias Jalang’o were seen with the ODM leader in pictures that were posted online.

The former prime minister forewarned attendees of the open forum that those who stole his triumph will one day pay a price for their transgressions.

“These thieves who tried stealing our victory, their days are numbered. Every thief has their day. When their day comes, you will see. I am patient,” Raila said on Tuesday, October 11.

“I feel the same way Kenyans feel. The cost of living has gone up, the price of unga, fuel, fare have all gone up but incomes have remained the same. It’s very painful,” he added.

The ODM chairman backed previous president Uhuru Kenyatta on subsidies while accusing Ruto’s administration for making life intolerable for Kenyans.
