The Churchill Show’s producer, Daniel Ndambuki’s Laugh Industries, has ended its collaboration with NTV, a Nation Media Group-owned television station that has aired the comedy show since 2007.
Laugh Industries is in contact with TV47, according to reliable people in the know, and the two parties are negotiating a collaborative contract.
According to reports, Churchill Show will seek to record the show at Mt Kenya University, which will resume its comedy performances on the university’s grounds.
Why did the Churchill Show have a falling out with NTV?
The termination of Laugh Industries’ cooperation with NTV was due to a number of factors, including production costs and logistics.
Following the departure of acclaimed music producer and cinematographer J. Blessing, Leonard Kitili will take over as director of the comedy show.
